Summerlin is mostly north west, or just west side of Las Vegas.  Henderson is south east side of Las Vegas.  I would recommend Summerlin.  Prices in Las Vegas are really unpredictable nowadays with all this economy issues.  My sister lives in Summerlin.  She is paying her house but was really close to losing it since her monthly payment went from 2500 to around 3200, good thing my brother-in-law is an accountant so he somehow managed to fix that problem.  I would say the prices range between 1800 to 3000 for a three bedroom house in an ok condition.

My sister-in-law lives here and she is a dentist... well she currently received her degree. Now she is going to start her one year service. I got a free cleanup from her tongue.gif I will try to get some good info for you guys.

It is a really great place to live.  If one is able to provide a good education to their children, no matter where one stands, the children are more likely to do good.  It is true though that Las Vegas has its dangers.  It is called Sin City for a reason.  Now, if you are willing to pay a little higher fees, you can opt between Summerlin and Henderson, which are the safest, nicest places out of Las Vegas.  I'll give Vegas a thumbs up for raising a family.

Yep texmex, I've heard it is one of the best places to work in Tijuana, but I could not back up that statement since it my first and only job here.
