I have lived in TJ for about 4 years, before that in Jalisco for 6 years. I moved north to have better access to favorable sailing weather and to be able to easily cross into the US. A friend mentioned this blog and after more than a little delay, I tracked it down. I am looking forward to an exchange of ideas and info herein.
