My wife and I are talking about buying a house in TJ. I have a few questions for those who are familiar to TJ life.
1. Do I need to be a permanent resident or citizen of Mexico to purchase a residential property in TJ without a bank trust? I am married to my Mexican wife. So does it help me buy a house in TJ?
2. IMSS (Institute Mexicano del Seguro Social) offers public medical services. Is this public medical coverage enough? Should I purchase any other private coverage? Cost?
3. Which American schools (Pre-school/Kindergarten/Elementary School) offer best curriculum? I am sure that there are some prestigious private schools in TJ. Certainly, I don't want my children not to be fluent in English and want them to be well-educated.
Thank you in advance.
