Any Lots for sale on oceanfront properties?
25 April 2012 - 06:14 AM
Does anyone know of any information of where I can find lots close to the beach or on the beach without getting ripped off? I've looked Craigslist and through Google. All I can fine are lots that were sold by millions of real estate agents and Mickey Mouse ads. Has anyone had any experiences buying lots and properties for a good price. I'm looking around Playas de Tijuana and Rosarito.
Introducing myself
05 April 2012 - 05:17 AM
Hello everyone,
I've had this Tijuana Blog for some time now. However, I've never really looked into it. Aside from all this, I have decided to move to Tijuana in January of 2013 after my lease expires from my current apartment. I've looked into Playas de Tijuana. I was there recently to check it out and I really like the area.
A little bit about myself:
I currently live in Newport Beach, CA. I've lived in Orange County California for almost 9 years now. I'm originally from Washington state. I'm 29 years old. I'm finishing up my associates degree at Orange Coast College. I've always found the border towns in baja california pretty fascinating.
Some reasons to move to TJ:
1. Cost of living is cheaper
2. I'm going to attend some certification classes at one of the San Diego Community Colleges. I'm getting certified in Cisco Certified Network Associate and SQL programming. Overall, I feel that I can focus and succeed since cost of living has always slowed me down.
3. Trolley system in San Diego to get around.
4. I love Mexican culture.
5. My girlfriend lives in Mexicali and I want to be closer to her.
6. I would love to permanently reside in Mexico in the future.
7. I feel that my generation and future generation are economically screwed if you are not born rich. We are just living to pay for rent or paying mortgages for 30 years. In the end, we are just living from pay check to pay check making saving hard. Sometimes we hit a bump on the road and it sets us back.
8. i can go on for hours.....
I hope I can find great resources from this forum. I'll be looking forward reading some of your advice's from some of you TJ veterans.
