Baja Grigo and his wife attacked in San Quintin???

I read on someone's blog that Baja Gringo and his wife were attacked in San Quintin and that he is in pretty bad shape due to head injuries. Does anyone have information on this?

I need some furniture

I am renting an apartment very close to the Otay border.  I need to buy a bed, a couch (or a couple of chairs), .... I am also interested in a stove and refrigerator.

Would it be better to purchase in TJ?  Are there inexpensive places to buy a bed?

Or... would it be better to buy in the US and hire someone to bring the stuff over?

I will look for previous postings on this subject too.

If you know of anyone in TJ who is selling a bed (double or queen) or other furniture please let me know.

I am renting on the 30th of December.

A lady I have rented from has apartments for rent

I rented one of her apartments awhile ago. She has several for rent. She speaks English and was very kind. She even gave us a refrigerator and stove to use.

Her number is 619 778-6050. She has at least one 1 bedroom for $220 and some 2 bedrooms. The 2 bedroom I rented was $350, It was very clean.
