Hi,
Anyone out there know any "laws" regarding how to handle a barking dog problem? Is there animal control or someone I can call to file a complaint? I live in Rosarito, have been here for approximately 3 months. The problem is that the dog barks almost non-stop, all hours of the day and night. I have talked to the landlady about it and she says she doesn't "hear the dog barking" so that put and end to that right there. I don't want to start a war with her on this matter, nor do I want to harm the dog in any way, but I need a solution. Anyone out there can help, I sure would appreciate it.
