Lived or two years on weekends in Tijuana with my husband. He passed away on Auguat 22, 2010 so now its just me and my best friend. We still want to move back to Tijuana some where at the beach and live when we retire in two years.

I have a question. On crags list there is an ad for condo in rosarito. Says 10 units. Mixed residents something like that. Does anyone know anything about them?
