This isn´t a dance club perse, but a good bar to relax in nonetheless.
Its appearance is that of a traditional small Mexican bar, sort of like a "Moes" but nicer. There you see some of your average Tijuanans throwing back a few cold ones and having a good time. On top of that, they provide free snacks...pickled pork rinds (cueritos), chips and dip, pickled wienie slices....
I have never had a problem here. The entire staff from the waitresses to the security guard is really nice.

Libertythor, just out of curiosity do you live near there or know of three gringos that go there on a regular basis? If you do or if you're one of them, I just might know you.

I have been to Las Glorias de Tijuana on about 4 occasions. The first time, after telling my story , to a pretty bar girl, she decided I was her gavacho of choice, and we did some dancing there on the small dance floor towards the rear. And she decided I could take her to the promised land of Los Angeles, and Beverly Hills. Long story. The next three times were less eventful, and the last two times, because I was the designated driver, I was forced to imbibe in warm Regular Coke in the bottle.

Entrance is on Constitucion, and the bar is on the North East corner of Constitucion and 7th. Mostly caters tro locals, but everyone is welcome. My best experience was in a barthat had christmas lights and old wagon wheels adorning the outside trim, can't remember the name though.

I have seen a few gringos in there before but generally just drop by twice a month or so. However, I do just live a stonethrow away in Colonia Guerrero.....just on the other side of Independencia.

There is a small area to dance in, but normaly there are only one or two couples at a time. If you like to dance to banda, musica ranchera, norteńo, etc then it could be considered a dance club for you. Otherwise, its a friendly place to relax and chat with friends.
