Don Pepes is a very inconspicuous otherwise unassuming little place on Fundadores just across and slightly further up the hill from TJ Brewery (La Taberna). Inside, it's actually quite posh. In my opinion, beats Los Arcos hands down in price and quality. All meals seem to start with a fish ceviche and seafood soup ultimately followed by your entree which also comes with salad, rice, and fresh bread rolls. I ordered a pescado frito mojo de ajo (fried fish with roasted garlic) that came with all this for less than 100 pesos.
