Take a cab or walk to Avenida Revolucion. West side of street between 5th and 6th street, 2nd floor. Call him Dr. Billy.

Or park at "Border Station Parking" (last exit before the border) I think it was $6 for 24 hr.) and take the "Mexicoach" across ($8 round trip). When you get of the bus walk out of the station to Avenida Revolucion and turn LEFT. Dr. William Bartell office is about a block from there on the same side of the street. It's upstairs at 1129 Revolucion Ave. #201 & #203 between 5th and 6th .

Parking really sucks, so this works best for me and it's still a great deal.

You will be walking down Revolution and you will pass a La Habana Cigar shop then a bar that looks like a cave. on your right will be an arched entry way into a bunch of little shops go in and there will be stairs leading up on your right climb the stairs and you can't miss it....

I forgot the cigar shop and the arched entry way into a bunch of little shops. Maybe we should meet this guy at his house and lead him by the hand.

Funny, I quit smoking years ago and hate the smell of cigarette smoke but a good cigar or pipe smells GREAT.

The best parking around that area at that time of day is the multilevel on 8th for Las Pulgas, IMO.

If you drive in, you should get Mexican car ins. before you come across. You can check other parts of this board for info. You don't want to get in an accident of any kind without it. In the simplest terms, if you don't have Mexican car ins. it's your fault.
