Hotel San Nicolas - Avenida Madero No. 768 between 1st and 2nd.

A smaller hotel, but very clean, hot water, cable TV. Comfortable double beds and a great rate of around $30.00 a night.

I have found this to be best of the budget options downtown.

Same here. If you absoluty have to have hot water, cable TV, and all the basic things expected, Hotel San Nicolas is one of the best places to stay. The price is very reasonable for what they offer.

Plus they offer cheap room service via delivery from one of the cafes down the block!

That may be the case, but I would be wasting my vote by giving it to any other candidate. There isn't anybody in the other party that appeals to me either.

This place was better a few years ago, for about 30 pesos more you can go to Hotel Economico about two doors down.
