Well, I was prepared to deal with crappy customer service since dealing with Volaris a few years ago and hearing horror stories about customer service in Mexico. But, so far, Telnor has been GREAT. On the phone, and even the technicians that came to setup/fix the service were outstading. I very much reccomend their services. They were able to come setup service within 2 days of my signing the contract and a week later when my internet was down they took 1 day to come fix it. (Turned out not to be their fault anyways, but they came and fixed it) Oh and the speed isn't bad at all, I am able to stream from Netflix and it has not had to reaload once since coming out here. I have 10 mb. by the way.
Telnor. Great customer service!

Hopefully now that the Mexican telecommunications reforms have passed all the telcom companies will provide better service otherwise consumers will go to another company who offers better service.

Yeah they might be great at customer service. I have not complaints in that department. but try cancelling service. it's a b!tch. You have to set up an appointment to turn in the router. after that you have to set up another appointment to cancel the line. What they don't tell you is if you cancel your line before the closing date, the minutes you used the month before will be charged at 4 pesos per minute, instead of at the rate you had when it was in contract.
other than cancelling, yes their customer service is good.
