Has anyone stayed at Hostal Barnes in the Playas de Tijuana area (Calle Relampago # 1230, Sección Dorado)? At $11.00 at night it sounds like my kind of place.

No, but from the pictures it's obviously just someones house where they added 2 upstairs fooms to rent out.
