I have seen comments like "DSL ready" in apartment listings in Tijuana and Ensenada, and I know at least one company (Baja Wireless) is offering reasonably priced wireless internet in TJ, Ensenada and (I think) Rosarito, but haven't seen much info about internet availability in Mexicali.

Anyone know? I'm thinking of getting a small apartment and I've heard that it can make a big difference which colonia you live in as to whether you can get DSL or other high-speed internet.
