This is my favorite summer time restaurant in Tijuana. They have 3 levels of seating, with ocean views. I've never tried the place the in the winter since it's semi-open air, but it's very nice in the hot summer months. Excellent seafood, and the vegetables served with the various dishes were incredible. I don't know what seasoning they used, but I'd have to call them some of the vegetables on the side I've ever had. Tried the stuffed shrimp and one other seafood plate that I can't remember. Also tried a steak there, but I wouldn't recommend this place for carne.
Great ambiance as long as you ignore the deteriorating building immediately adjacent to the restaurant that's in view along with the ocean. Great place for lunch or a sunset dinner (in the summer).
Cost was maybe $45 for two, including drinks and dinner from what I remember.
