We need to change our address with Imigracion for our FM3 (non imigrante) cards and wondered where people go to do that in the Rosarito and near by areas? My guess in Tijuana, but thought I would check in here. Wish it could be done online, so maybe I will try a search for that, too. Thanks for any help. Z
