I've been living in TJ and moving to Rosarito in early October. I would like to form a weekly social get-to-gether for singles living in the Rosarito area to explore the area with activities including walks, exploring the many Rosarito restaurants, going to the movies, exploring new places and other activities. I have dogs so we fellow petowners can socialize on the great Rosarito beaches with our dogs.

I have 2 small dogs so this would be a great chance to socialize on the great Rosarito beaches with our dogs. I usually work weekends so Mondays and Tuesdays are the best days for me as well as being less crowded whereever we go.
I"ll keep it mind when I get my sentri pass. I have an appontment in dec. I retired in jan and always looking for stuff to do.

Are you in Rosarito...or Tijuana...if in TJ I assume you will be coming to Rosarito?????? I can meet you at the dog beach on Mondays or Tuesdays or Wednesdays in the foreseeable future but that can change week to week depending on my jobs.

Hi, definitely check out the United Society of Baja California: it's a good networking opportunity. They meet at the Rosarito Beach Hotel on first Saturdays at 10 AM. They have various other activities, like getting to know the local restaurants (new one each month). As you may have seen, there are various other groups: Jewish, churches, charities (Red Cross, spay and neuter, etc.).
My favorite volunteer thing is the Mariachi Festival. It raises funds for the Boys and Girls Club being constructed. Festive event with fun people.
Write me for more info and to say hi. There's plenty of helpful people down here, so you never need to feel alone, that's for sure.
Saludos,
Bob

Thanks Bob. Already checked those organizations. Unfortunately they cater more to the retired age 60+ group married. I work weekends in San Diego and most of those events are weekends only. I've yet to find many single under age 60 here so will keep looking. I've met more people at the beach walking my dogs. It doesn't seem that many single females my age move to this area; there seem to be more in Jalisco and D.F.
