Organizado por el 20 Ayuntamiento de Tijuana A través del (IMDET) Instituto Municipal del Deporte de Tijuana, en colaboración del Instituto del Deporte y Cultura Física de Baja California, La Asociación Estatal de Atletismo de Baja California y La Liga Municipal de Atletismo en Tijuana.

I've read his posts and he's mentioned running zona rio a few times... this will be just another run through TJ for him.
I see it’s a full marathon this year... I wonder where this 42KM race will run thru, surely it will have to exit zona rio as there aren’t enough streets there for a full marathon.

I had already signed up for a 15K on July 4th in Cornado before I saw they were doing this in TJ. Otherwise I probably could do the half marathon without killing myself.......

Also...there is a fee for most of these events, i.e., it is not free to enter so it's useful to post that info as well.
