So you are in a club like Las Plugas. You spot a senorita that you find appealing. She is sitting at table with her amigas. You approach and say.....................

I asked a Mexican female friend at work the proper way to ask someone to dance. The problem is my friend has not been to a club in 25 years. She asked her sister and the sister says #3 is most appropiate.

She gave me the following:

1) Quieres bailar.

2) Quieres bailar conmigo.

3) Bailamos.

Anyone who hits the clubs know the best way to ask the girl to dance?

I agree. Option #3 is best. Quick, to the point. Plus the chikas are there to dance, not to sit, so you'd be surprised how many say yes.

Is there an interesting story behind this HK? Were you at Las Pulgas? Or planning to go? Some hot chikas in there also.....

Depending on how work goes I want to hit Plugas Wednesday night which is ladies night to check it out. I have not been there in a few years.

If I had not asked here or with my friend I would have used either #1 or #2.

ive gone to las pulgas the last two sundays in the afternoon, until well after dark. 100p for a bucket of 10 pony beers, or 90p for a bucket of 6 regulars. not too many hotties, but a few...

Work has been really intense the past few months so maybe tonight will be the night. Last night just crashed after working in TJ all day dealing with muchos problemas.

I think I mentioned it a few months ago on the site. Early in June, I was asked if I wanted to get involved in the corporate accounting function for our Mexico operations......I said yes. My company does alot of business in Mexico and have a office is in TJ. We have other offices in Mexico for some of our other business units. So i went from worrying just about me to having 5 reports in SD and 3 reports in TJ. I work in the SD office 4 days a week and 1 day in the TJ office. Accounting in Mexico is much different than the USA. So since July it is basically like I started a new job having to learn from scratch plus continue to do the duties I had prior to my promotion. I need another 3 or 4 months and I should have a much better understanding of things but right now it is very stressful and a steep learning curve. Plus throw in all the supervisor stuff that I have to do. But it is all good and I am thankful to have a job.

HUH??? Accounting is so much different in Mexico??? You mean the debits are not by the door and the credits are not by the window?

There are no Balance Sheets? Income Statements? Cash Flow Statements?

Mexican busineses run out of a Petty Cash Fund? A slush fund?
