I am new to TJ I need to find a pediatrician close to Otay I would like to have one that can speak english because my spanish is not very good. If anyone could help me. If you could also give an adress or what it is close to that would be so helpful.

You'll probably have better luck in finding a doctor (of any kind) in the Zona Rio area of Tijuana where all the private hospitals are located as they are accustomed to seeing foreigners.
