There is a nice little family coffee shop in Otay at Plaza San Miguel about 6 mins from the border. I used to live right across the street many years ago.
This just opened up and I saw a line Saturday going out the door and it was the prices that were fantastic. Small blended coffees are 20 peso and large are just 25 pesos. They offer everything from Snickers to traditional moka coffees. This is a no frills place that has great coffee selections at better prices.
Hours are 8 to 8
