This is an old thread and my question would be, where do the locals hang out in Rosarito? As far as I can see it is all geared to the tourist and teenage crowds.

The locals generally live East of the toll road where I believe the property is less expensive. I'm not sure where they "hang out".

There are a couple of local pool halls on the main drag a couple of miles before the thick of the tourist area.

To the best of my knowledge the locals go dancing drinking etc in Tj

Anytime I've been to the main drag it's been tourists there, very few locals if any. I'm curious if it's going to be hit hard during spring break next week.

I think the second weekend will see the most. It is hard to say though with the current US Media blitz warning people against vistiing Mexico

There is a Mexican Cantina I think the name is Ortegas? They offer ladies night on thursdays. Anyone have any comments on this place?
