I looked at many threads trying to find an answer to my Z Gas question but I could not.
So I recieved my Z Gas bill last night. Looks like I can go to a office on Paseo de Los Hereos.
1) Where exactly is the office located ie landmarks. I run along Paseo de Los Hereos and I do not notice an office. Also does anyone know the hours and days of week it is open.
2) Even better, Can I pay this bill at Oxxo or a supermarket. I did not see anything on the bill that indicated that I could.
Thanks for help.

Ok, I am not the best on directions, but here I go.
If you know where the Office Depot is on Paseo de Los Heroes and you are facing it the office is on the next block to the left same side of the road or across from Hotel Lucerna. I believe they close at 5pm, but it has been awhile since I had to pay a gas bill.

yes, there is an office just past the office depot. it has a 24hr teller there so that is great.
no this bill cannot be paid anywhere else but at zeta gas. there are several locations thru out the city.
peace

I did not see any responses to my question when I left work Friday so on Saturday I just told the Taxi Libre guy to take me to Z Gas on Paseo de los Hereos. It is on the west side of the street in between gloritas of Lincoln and a guy on a horse (closer to the guy on the horse). Big white and blue Z Gas sign outside.
I usally run on Paseo de los Heros but I run on the other side of the street so I never saw the Z Gas office
Thanks for the responses!

Glad you found it. If you have a water bill you can pay it on the lower level of Plaza Zapatos across Paseo de los Heroes from Plaza Rio. Make sure to get your parking stamp validated by the water company when you pay.
Electric bills can be paid at the big green power plant across the bridge and the river from Plaza Rio. Parking is free and they have ATM-type machines to read you bill electronically and accept cash (pesos only). Never had a problem using the machines and it sure beats waiting in line where everyone seems to be there to resolve a major problem.

Thanks for the info.
I just paid the water bill last week. I went to my local Oxxo but they would not accept it so I walked over to Ley and paid it.
I have not recieved a electric bill yet. Last week I recieved some type of debit type card from CFE that if you shop at certain stores you will get points that will reduce your electric bill. It listed the stores that you can shop at but I have not tried it yet.
