This is near the 5Y10 swap meet right? So this would be closer to the Otay border? How is the neighborhood?

I love TJ!

This is about 5 minutes away from they 5 y 10 swap meet. I believe it is about the same commute time to SY and Otay border. The neighborhood is middle class, lots of mid age families as that community is mostly ¨privadas¨ of houses, this is a fairly new neighborhood, it started in 2000. The area where the house is located is called La Herradura (the street is shaped as a horseshoe) that is the only area in the whole fraccionamiento that they sold lots, this is where the large homes are located. I lived in that house for a few years and moved out in Sept. as we built a new house, it has been empty since then and since my other tenants moved out (another property) might as well list both as times are tough! The only problem we had when living there is that they took the stereo out of my husbands car but he left the window open so I guess that would of happen in any other colonia!
