Been coming to TJ since i was 19 (now 54), but recently decided I might retire here...or at least hang out part time.
I have many questions. Like many others I will reside in Playas. I have a temporary room with a couple in Playas now.
Ideally Id like to get a more secure place or maybe a rent/housesitting situation. Im mainly only down on weekends because
Im still employed full time for the next few years in SD.
If anyone knows something that might work for me let me know. Also I need to transport an IKEA style full bed and bicycle to Playas. Ill pay of course.

Hi: Brand new apartment.........nicely furnished. 2 blocks from ocean (has ocean view) cable, w/d etc. $350 secure parking.........great owner lives in USA comes down now and again and stays in main house on property. South end of Playas near beachfront condo high rise or Red Lion Inn.
