Saake Multiservicios, 688 Paseo Pedregal, Playas Baja, MX
Knew something was amuck when mechanic would not take a $ 20 bill for work he did do even though problem was not corrected. Offered 3 times and refused 3 times. Never heard of such a thing.
So guess I will buy a timming light and see what other damage is done. Refusal of $ has me wondering.

This veh has a timming chain, looks similar to a bicycle chain. Needed to be timed thats all. Have a light but it's no good down here if it's in the states. Just thought rather then buying another light I would put the money into the local economy; bad choice. Thanks anyway..

Really not hard to set timming if you know what end of a wrench to pick up and have a light. Asked mechanico for 8*BTDC what I got remains to be seen until I get a light. Guarrantee it's not what was requested had it been he certainly would have taken the money. Wonder what else was done that I did not ask for. That I guess will find out manana when I get into it.

They claim to do much more, suspension, brakes, tires, engine repair have signs hanging inside and one brake job was going on at time I was there.
Very clean and organized which is usually a good indication of the finished work. From the outside it reminded me of a quick change oil & lube chain shops north of the border.

Maybe it more than a quick lube joint... maybe more like a Midas or WalMart car service.
