Hello everyone..

I recently moved to a house that is in dire need of some electrical work. What I need is a reputable electrician that speaks/understands enough English and does free estimates. If anyone out there knows of anyone, I'd love to hear from you.

You may want to post this question to "Baja Nomad" under their questions section. You'll likely get a few recommendations very quickly because there are quite a few people on that site who live in Rosarito ... check it out: forums.bajanomad.com

Your doing the right thing looking for a reputable electrician. Many of the so called electricians are a little too creative here
