Hi again. I am still trying to find someone to rent my house at least until March of 2010; Need someone willing to take care of this place and pay my cable, electric and water. That way I do not have to come down here so often. Its a 3 bedroom, 1 bath, yard in back all furniture including stove and ref. Cable, internet. Fenced front yard room for 1 truck and maybe a small car. Quiet neighbor hood most people here have been here for years.

Can you also include a price? Have you tried Craigslist?
