I would like to have a place by the mid to end of Oct. would prefer 6mo to 1 yr lease at least. It is me, my husband, 5 yr old son and our dog. I would like to move into rosarito or any place close to the beach and pool!!!!!!!
2-3 bedroom, 1+ bathroom, fenced yard for our dog, fans or air conditioner, nice size kitchen and 1 of the rooms a good size, 1+ car garage if possibly (not mandatory) prefer a house instead of apt.

Hi there, I have a house near the beach and will become avail. in oct. We are asking $850.00 per month. It is in a gated community with 24/7 Security with patrol. You can walk to the beach or to the several pools. Large yard, Single level House on very large lot, with 2 very large bedrooms 2 full baths, one in each bedroom. Also has a large underground water storage (pila) which you should also consider. Let me know if you may be interested. I realize it is more than what you would like to pay.
