$6,000 PESOS LESS THAN $500 USD, which is a great price for this nice house!

George the house is really nice! And I am also a great landlord, I repair all damages that happen, of course not damage made by tenants, but almost everything like plumbing, water heater (was just replaced in January), etc! It is not near Tecate, lol! Without traffic you will be at the SY border in about 20-25 min, and 10-15 to Otay! Hopefully I can rent this home soon b/c I need the money for my mortgage

I might be able to hold this place for the right person! I prefer long term tenants as I am very busy to be looking for tenants every 6 months, anything over 1 year is fine! Sasha please contact me at transporteseconomicosdetijuana@hotmail.com

Cyanide the norm is tenants staying after not paying rent for a while. My landlord owns several properties and in the past 5 years he's had to evict half of them for not paying rent.
The kicker is most of them are from the United states.
Yvette if that was closer I would snap that up in a heartbeat!
I wonder how hard it would be for someone to find a mover if they rent your place

I know George! I had never had to evict anyone, all my tenants have let me know they are moving out. They have left the house dirty, utilities unpaid and carpets not washed, but I guess that is what the deposit is for! I always use Lavatec cleaning service for deep carpet cleaning and general house cleaning before new tenants move in! One of my husbands friend had to get a lawyer to move his tenants out after 6 months of not paying the rent! When tenants break the contract there is really nothing I can do but keep the deposit, IŽd rather not keep it and have someone stay for a while! Craigslist post http://tijuana.en.cr...1538339009.html I will also be posting another house of mine that is empty shortly!

Special price to Tijuanablog users $6,000 Pesos, Craigslist $600 dlls
I also mention in the add that I am lenient on the deposit, 1/2 at move in and 1/2 2nd/3rd month!
