My left foot (not the movie jajaja) is for some reason real tight and in a lot of pain-stertching and massage aren't doing the trick. Anyone know of any good foot doctors?

West section of downtown Tj:
Casa de los Pies at the corner of 2nd & G. I went to them once and was satisfied with the treatment.
Caddy-corner to there is another podiatry clinic.
Also in the vicinity is a podiatry clinic on 4th (Diaz Maron) between F & G across the street from Parque Teniente Guerrero.

wow...thank you so very much for this.
yeah my feet are in need of care
i pronate as well which means that i walk "in", that is my ankles roll inwards. i have high arches.
i guess all those decades of basketball are catching up to me. mornings are bad cause they are tightest in the mornings.

well guess what...i found out i have a stress fracture on my left foot.
the space right under the 3 middle toes, above the vein, is real puffy and sore. the doctor touched my feet after seeing it and told me what i have. no x-rays were necessary.
stress fractures aren't necessarily cause by anything per se as much as usage and "wearing out" which is my case (i have a LOT of mileage-basketball and running-on my feet). a lot of basketball players have stress fractures.
i need crutches-i'll get some. also 6 to 8 weeks for healing.
*blah*

casa de los pies in plaza rio. nice office, good doctor, friendly guy. he squoze my foot at the "height" of swelling (in his words)
i went with a friend of mine-we made a day of it, hobbling as i was.
it's feeling better already.
it's what the website would call a simple fracture-no bruising or breakage of skin but there is swelling which has already gone down and is easier to walk on.
but yeah this is gonna take time
(amazingly, my friend paid for the appointment. she's done that b4, so i'm indebted to her)
