Also love Sussanh's(sorry for killing your name)located in El Nido Plaza and it was fabulous as always. I was told the new French Bistro is really good by the staff at La Estancia and my real estate agent.
Anyone have any other favorites, besides El Nido, and Los Pelicanos??????? Los Pelicanos manager is a jerk, and I have been going there for 20 years. I have now found other places to eat.......even tho' the Perez family our my friends, they need to check out the attitude of some of the folks they are hiring. The other night my steak was burned at El Nido, no excuse.
Would like to hear of some new places to go. Is Popotla still in business????? Use to go there, and Puerto Nuevo, and La Fonda.
Any suggestions are welcomed!!

I don't have an answer for you, but I want to add that if anyone knows any Thai or East Indian restaurants, I'd appreciate it. I love Mexican food, but I like alot of variety.

I lived for a time in Ciudad Juarez, which is gritty and often scary. Sometimes I'll talk about some of my stories from that time in a public place and look around and see absolute shock on people's faces. I think I got used to it. And I know my friends have gotten used to my fringe stories. ANYWAY, my refuge in CJ at the time was this great chain restaurant: VIPS. And they have one in Rosarito. Go for breakfast and have an amazing juice and maybe molettes. Then, I dare you, try to find a spec of dirt in the restaurant. How do they keep anything that clean and shiny?
Love La Estancia too.
Also like Dragon Del Mar for Chinese. But they have weird tasting tea. The decor is incredible. I think it's worth it to go to this restaurant just to see the decor. You wonder who on earth spent all that money on a Chinese restaurant in Rosarito.
Haven't found any Thai or Indian food either and I miss it as well. We go to San Diego every couple of weeks and so a Thai restaurant is on our list when we do.
Working on a run down of taco stands in Rosarito, if anybody is interested. My son lives at those places, I swear.

Ditto. Siete Mares has good Mexican dishes as well. Friend of Dorothy.
Don't know if there's a Flauti Pizza in Rosarito, but if there is, try it if you haven't already tried Flauti Pizza in Tj. Excellent pizza sauce!
