This time same place just before get in to US Imm building by Mexi polices took all my money, credit card, DL and my CD package. Who should I call to complaint, last time many people complaint they disappear for a while now they are back.

Were you using Padre Kino? I was once caught making an illegal U-Turn because I did not want to go all the way to the traffic circle. The nice policewoman was already standing on Padre Kino and she walked to my car and took $8 from me.

However, it does seem to me Padre Kino is unsafe at nights and I do think it's faster to the border if you use Paseo de los Heroes to the border instead of Padre Kino because Padre Kino stays at two lanes all the way while Paseo de los Heroes goes from three to twenty. On weekdays, Paseo de los Heroes is faster, but not on weekdays. And safer too.

I use San Diego check point, as soon as I got out of the taxi they hand cuffed me took all my money, thank goodness I have back up money in the car.

You can not ask their names, I just feel lucky did not get beat up. The Rateros show up again after 6 months ago was banned by many complaints. I got robbed so many times I know I have to hide the money but this time I was caught off guard.

Chino things are supposed to get better go down during the day to the office you will be shown photos of police officers, do you remember what they looked like? Of course you can ask their name and for a badge number. This was near the drop off lane for Taxis? Chino I will take you down to the Sindicatura myself if you have time.

They hide near over head bridge exit which is dark they hand cuffed me right away turned my face against the wall and robbed me, any time the polices are there they are all rateros they robed me all the times exept this time I did not expect them after they were banned for almost 6 months.
