I am looking for inexpensive local hotels. Like the Hotel Economica at Art. 123 and Madero or the one on Benito Juarez as you come down the hill into town from Las Playas.
Cheap. Cheap cheap cheap. $15 or $20 a day, cheap.

There is a place right on Avenida Pacifico in Playas de Tijuana that advertises at $20.00 a day... You can't miss it... There is also Alberque de Migrantes in Zona Norte, THAT ONE IS FREE!

The sign on the Golden Gate Motel (on 9th Street between Madero and Revolucion) says $200 pesos. It looks very "basic."
