Nice place to grab some breakfast a little cheaper than USA prices and their pancakes are huge!

This next part is dedicated to TJdave- I found a coupon for 1.99 that included 3 pancakes and eggs in the Bajatimes- (my favorite Baja Newspaper) so I decided to use it and see what happens. They took it with a smile and I was out for under 5 dollars for my breakfast which included a coffee.

Service was good and the waitresses wear these cute little black and white outfits. You can choose to sit outside in the patio or inside. I choose inside and the coffee was good not the instant crap.

They understood English and my order was correct so I give this place five stars out of five

Too bad they don't leave a pitcher of coffee at your table, I had my cup filled three times and I normally like to drink 5 or 6 cups of coffee

They DO have Chocolate Chip Pancakes. Some of the biggest I have ever eaten. I dare anybody here who claims to be a big hotcake enthusiast to be able to eat a double order!!!

Baja I was there last Saturday I tried to Nextel you but I don't think you were around.
They were very slow, very nice people and great service.

Sorry I missed you! It is one of my favorite breakfast spots in Rosarito and they are a great bunch. if you didn't know, you can park inside the Rosarito Beach hotel parking lot and they will validate your parking so it's free!

It is located on your left hand side as you enter the Rosarito Beach Hotel from Blvd Benitez Juarez (the main drag). For those of you who have been around awhile in Rosarito Beach it is located in what used to be the old Internet Cafe location.

Denny’s, IHOP??? Screw those places. This restaurant was 10 times better and cheaper and they serve tortillas.

I had an omelet mexicano that had bacon, tons of cheese, avocado, and other fillings, it came with a side of big hash browns and dark beans. $6.00 dlls. IT WAS GOOD.

I also shared some “ORIGINAL PANCAKES” with my son. So big, so fluffy, so buttery, so syrupy. I WISH I HAD SOME NOW!!!! $4.95 dlls.

Any place that serves breakfast at 3 in the afternoon is ok with me!

Yeah screw those places, i can cook all that myself. And my omelettes have sharp yellow cheese. And i can make banana and also strawberry pancakes with real whip cream.

Cooking at home for friends and family is the way to go, the Mexican way.

I haven't been to Rosarito in 6-7 months! It's time I go back to this place I loved it!

After you are done eating fluffy pancakes take a walk over to the Rosarito Beach Condo/Hotel. Go to the new tower and ride the elevator up to the penthouse.

There is demo-penthouse suite that has 3 bedrooms and 2 floors that is open for viewing. It is very stylish and the view from the 2 balconies are great. I checked it out and didn't even have to be accompanied by a sales person.
