Having enjoyed spending time in Puerto Nuevo over the years with family and friends I have noticed how the area seems to change itself based on the season. In times of high tourism it takes on a different feel than when one goes mid-week in off season. We have found that our experience has been much more positive in the off-season times, probably just because of the smaller crowds and less traffic. Anybody else here share a similar experience?
