Located near the 5y10 swap meet. It's a few blocks south going towards Rosarito and it's on the right side. A few people have told me about this place and it doesn't disappoint. There are numerous awards and plaques throughout this place and the prices are low. They have this french type of bread for just 6 pesos and its very tasty.
I will try to get the exact directions or location next time I am up there.

They have great mushroom, cheese, and veggie empanadas for a quick and cheap on-the-go meal. It has been a while since I have been there, so the details of the location have been forgotten.

It is really easy to find it is just south of 5y10 on the right hand side and has a huge sign.
It is just past Segunda Shorty ( a great place to buy used appliances with a gaurantee )

Do they have parking?
Can I pull in, pick up a bag of empanadas and then leave? Or I do have to circle around for 45 min. looking for a parking spot, dodging taxis and buses.
5 y 10 has some of the worst traffic in town.

They do not have parking. They are right on the corner and there is almost always parking within 1/2 a block on the side street if not right in front.

Visited Sunday around 8:00 pm. They were closing but they were busy.
