This is a seafood resturant in La Mesa area of tijuana out by The Home Depot and Mundo Divertido..Maybe someone in the know could lend a hand with the exact address....But it is a seafood place like Negro Durazo on Sachez Toboada. It has a big band that places until around 5 on the weekends, the band is so loud (probably 16 members in the band) you can't talk during their songs.

The food here is really good but unfortunately they don't sell Pacificos so that drops it a nouch in my belt. My friend swears by the peel your own shrimp that are awesome here...Also the "big fish" as Choi would say is great here so. This would be the whole fish seasoned, opened and fried. GREAT shrimp aguachile.....

Just tried to go eat at this restaurant yesterday 1/12/2009 and noticed it had been burned down. We went a few times and the food was pretty good. Doing a search on google revealed some armed men came and threw molotov cocktails at night. Though some people commenting and according to other website it was an inside job. Who knows??? Ended up going to Negro Durazo in Otay instead. I hadn't heard anything about this. This was the Godoys on 5 y 10 btw.

It seems seafood restaurants are a popular place for organized crime violence. ohmy.gif

Any theories on this? unsure.gif

El Godoy has more than one branch in TJ. A friend went to the one in Villa Fontana on Easter. He said it was only the one in 5 y 10 that burned down.
