Even if some are false mineral or vegetable oils, some are real. I saw a documentary a guy did on his self-treatment and he bought HGH at a pharmacy in Tijuana (he had a cameraman filming him when he did so). After a few weeks his hair starting falling out and his sperm count went to zero. Be careful.
