Rafael's niece, who used to be the cashier, runs the place now.

They recently raised their prices on most of the menu items about 7 pesos, but it's still more economical than what you would pay at Yogurt Place or north of the border. About the only other upscale family restaurant that I know of with comparable menu items and prices is la Gruta en south Playas.
