OK, I looked it up in google and it really depends on how tecnical we want to get. I found many references that say that was from a movie called "Buckaroo Banzai". I guess I misses that one???

Looking some more I found a quote from Thomas Kempis who wrote it in 1440 AD.

Most of Mexico didn't go to DST until 2001. Sonora still doesn't observe it because Arizona doesn't.

There wouldn't have been a problem if the Bush administration hadn't decided to screw around with it. Daylight savings time is a crock anyhow.

I've always thought it was a psychological ploy to throw everyones circadian rhythms out of sync twice a year. But maybe not. Maybe just a way to show that the government knows better than the rest of us. Then again, maybe not.

It is all part of an evil plot and we are slowly being taken over and controlled via our television screens. The whole transition to digital feeds next January is to increase and focus their mind control techniques over us and allow for bi-directional data communication with our brain!

That is correct all TV stations in USA will broadcast in digital format, but if you have cable or Sattelite it will not be effect, for people who still use antenna you may go to K-Mart, Wal-Mart or call around. You have to pay approx $10-$20 for Digital to Analog converter box, each family can get only two boxes. It is FCC gov. program costs to GOV $50 each estimate GOV will pay over Billion $.

My cell phone keeps jumping back and forth with the time this morning.

At my place in Playas, my cel has always been a bit skitzo as it picks up VERIZON signals one minute, then an extended network signal the next. I prefer the extended network signal as those call never get dropped. The problem is, getting my phone to pick up that signal when I need it.

With my old phone, I used to just take the antenna off and the phone would jump from Verizon to extended network, but this phone has a built in antenna. So I am screwed. :shock:

gotta go... the Spurs are on tv this afternoon.

I hate this can't we all be on the same time? I had to leave at 3:30 am which was 4:30 am in the usa. No one out except everyone trying for the border and the cops. I hate driving in the dark in Tijuana, they don't light the streets well. Border still 1 1/2 hours even at that time.
