Update: Finally visited Las Playas and really like the area. I especially love the cool morning air near the ocean. Frankly, though, I think a lot of these home prices around here are inflated, especially since you can't even get a clear title. Will rent for a while and maybe head inland to buy. I have heard Colima is nice.

How sad that after all of this time there is still no definitive answers, and the guilty walk free.

If I remember from my math classes, what you have here is an irregular quadrilateral, and the exact area cannot be computed with just the perimeter measurements alone. Because of the four different side lengths, using the rectangle area plus the triangle area is not correct.

Renting is a good suggestion, and I plan on doing it for a while. I just don't want to wait too long as even in Tijuana, prices are rising, especially in the nicer areas. I will consider Rosarito, as I have driven down there before, and it is a beautiful area. It might be a little laid back for me, as I enjoy being closer to the action of the city and easy access to the border for occasional jaunts into California.

Yes, ditto on that. I believe this warning comes to those who have installed the Google package which includes "PC Tools Spyware Doctore"
My other household computers are able to surf at the same website while only one of those has the same package installed. Go figure . . .. . blink.gif
Maybe a more computer savvy member might have a better understanding of whats going on here.
