Ok. I already posted a "help me decide whether to live in TJ" topic on another part of this forum...but I really hope you all can help me with this too. First, I'm a student at ucsd. I'm doing a project right now on American employers who are located within 15 miles of the border and the ability of these companies to offer their employees health insurance in Mexico. The Blue Shield version of this is called "Access Baja". Does ANYBODY know anything about this? What I would really, really like is somebody who knows a person with this insurance or perhaps even somebody who is a dependent of this insurance (ie: somebody living in Mexico but whose family members works in teh US...) to just help me out with some personal experiences and such. My group and I are willing to take said person to lunch if they can prove that they actually do have this insurance and ya know, aren't just out for some free things. Please let me know!
