Hi! I am I guess what you would call a "Greenie" to both this site and Rosarito. I am a married mother of 1. I have been here just about a year and I truly love it. I am always looking for usefull information and would really like to find employment of some kind. Well I look forward to getting to know a few locals here!

Any comments or suggestions on local schools in the area of Rosarito? Looking for a private school for my pre schooler...would be really interested in a school that works with children with developmental delays/special needs and that speaks some english. Thanks.

Neighborhood Security

So I do not live in a gated community or anything and we have these "Security" that come by to collect money once a week. I hear them come by at around 10:30 at night with a light and a whistle but what is it they really do? I mean the whistle would alarm any one doing anything they shouldnt they were on there way. How much are you supposed to pay them?
