Best breakfast deal in the city. I saw a lot of senor citizens from the US eating here. I spoke with one of them and she said her friends go down once a month.

The crepes are to die for!

Keep in mind they have two offerings breakfast and brunch. Make sure you let them know brunch. I didn't know and got the better deal. I didn't find out until I paid.

Richinc is a troll but in other news this place is really fixed up and looks much better than the old Ceasars. More money close to 50 percent more than the older menu.
