yesterday, I went in search for Hamburgesas Tijuana and couldn't find it along Bellas Artes, then I looked for El Zarape Burgers and someone here said that it was behind The Lucerna Hotel next to Pockets, well I found Pockets but not El Zarape. Can you guys specify where EXACTLY these resturants are located?? For example on Bellas Artes but what cross street?? Also if it is a stand or permanent place.
