I agree these areas are a haven for crime. In some cases the closer to the border the higher the crime rate.

I visited a friend on F Martinez and we walked around that area. I don't remember seeing any desirable places to live. Further up on Diaz Moron(sp) they had a nice park with better places to live. Was told crime is big in these areas with theft and assault.
