Not in TJ but back to the forum. I had forgotten my password and found it, sure not aneed excuse but I'll stick to it. Anyway, hope everyone is doing great. TJ is still my favorite place south of the border and lately I've been thinking of moving back but not 100% yet. I'm just confused.
I have a house in Chula Vista that if I needed it to could rent it and pay the mortgage and still a few $$$ left over, but I have to also think of kids school and life style. Wife is all good with it but wants playas. She is from TJ so not a big deal.
By the way, anyone from playas have any info on condo development in playas called Oceano 21. The condos are awesome looking and shows like a resort, but I don't want to put down half the cost to be taken. Any information appreciated.
