I've been living in Playas de Tijuana for approximately 2 years now and I just found this forum as well as a great little spot where I can order my favorite burrito...The California Burrito. Along with the personal attention, friendly atmosphere, and great prices, the owner will custom make your burrito with your selection of ingredients OR he will run a worker to the store to get your satisfaction. For example, I had a chicken burrito with avocados and the owner added crunchy bacon to make it perfect for me upon my request. How often does that happen? Oh, I almost forgot, Burritos Juli is located at Paseo Playas, steps away from the new 7-11. Free drinks and free WI-FI.
