Hello...I am going to be moving to Mexico with my boyfriend and 8 year old daughter in a 1 1/2 years. My boyfriend is currently incarcerated due to coming to the U.S. illegally and will be deported in 2013. I am having a very difficult time finding out information about cities in Baja. I am looking to move there because we have family in Vista California. I am considering Rosarito Beach..is this a fairly safe city? I am not oblivous to the crime in Mexico but I am hoping that there are safe areas there. Can someone please help me out with some information? I am also concerned about finding a good school that my daughter can attend without having to know spanish. There are so many questions and concerns that I have...I really appreciate anyone's feedback. Also if anyone could direct me to websites that may help me with finding rental property and schools.
